ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ( AGM)

 

The Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Leaside Tennis Club is usually held in October or November .

The purpose of this meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for the upcoming season from among the membership, review the  summer season, receive a summary report presented by the current Board Directors and to transact other business as may properly be presented.

The meeting documents are either posted or emailed  as soon as they’re ready prior to the meeting.

The meeting usually consists of:

Welcome
Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
Business arising from the Minutes
Presentation of Annual Report from the Directors
Election of executive and committee members
Other business
