HOW TO BOOK A GUEST ONLINE

    • STEP 1: Adding Guests to your Booking
    • a)    Rita and Christine are playing a game of doubles against some guests who are new to the sport. (See image below)
    • b)   Christine is a member, so her name can be entered directly under Player 2.
    • c)    However, Bianca and Eugenie are guests, so Rita must first enter the words “Guest Player” under Player 3 and Player 4 respectively.o   The top field is only used when Player 2 is a guest.
    • d)    Review and accept the booking
    • e)    Rita then enters each guest’s name, along with their email address or phone number into the corresponding fields below. In our example, Bianca’s (Player 3’s) information must go into the middle field and Eugenie’s (Player 4’s) must go in the bottom field
    • f)    Christine is a member, so her name can be entered directly under Player 2.
    • STEP 2: Paying the Guest Fees
    • After you click “Book the Court, you must pay any applicable guest fees ($10/guest) within 15 minutes or your booking will be cancelled.a)    To pay, click “Pay Court Fee”c)    Enter your credit card information and click “Submit Payment”
    • b)    On the next page, review your order, then click “Pay by Credit Card”
    • STEP 3: Arriving at LTC
    • If you need to change or cancel your booking within 24 hours of your court time, email the club or contact the court monitor for assistance prior to arriving at the club.
    • You may modify or cancel your booking online, unless your court time is within the next 24 hours. In our example, Rita’s court is booked for July 25th at 12:20 PM. This means that she can change or cancel her booking online any time before 12:20PM on July 24th.
    • –        For example, if Eugenie can’t come, Milos can’t fill in for her unless the online booking has been changed.
    • Member and guest names must correspond with your online booking..
    • We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled court time, to complete this process.
    • Prior to proceeding onto their reserved court, all Members and Guests must check in with the court monitor upon arrival.
